We ship from Melbourne, Australia and beyond.
Every Nastaran order is carefully packed and dispatched either directly from our studio in Melbourne or from our artisan partners. Depending where your order needs to be delivered we will ensure it's leaving from the most convenient location and it gets to you safe and within reasonable time. We take the same care with the way your piece arrives as we do with the way it is made.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
Our made-to-order pieces have a longer timeframe of ~20-25 business days.
For regional and remote areas of Australia, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.

Tracking is provided for all international orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing times.
Important note on duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
Duties and taxes are included for US. There will be no surprise fee's upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@nastaran.store.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG?
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at info@nastaran.store with your order number and we will make it right.
