Nastaran wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and wear the jackets with joy and confidence. Should you for whatever reason not be content, do let us know and we will assist you. Our detailed policy can be found here.
What if an item is sold out?
At Nastaran, we create in small batches; once a piece is gone, it rarely returns. This limited production ensures that, beyond the design itself, every coat remains as unique as the person wearing it.
For our made-to-order pieces the product will be available as long as the material is available from our artisans. We will always communicate any changes.
How often will you release a new item or collection?
As a small business with big ambitions, staying true to our values is everything. We only release new pieces when they are exactly as envisioned, prioritizing deep relationships with our artisans and clothes-makers over volume or speed. By focusing on these foundations, we choose to grow slowly and with intention.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Nastaran creates for the global woman and she is from anywhere, she is everywhere.
Our products are shipped either from our atelier in Melbourne or directly from our artisans, depending on where you are based and the most safe and efficient route.
Currently tax and duties for EU and UK customers will be settled upon delivery, by the buyer. We recommend you check before you order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping information can be found under our Shipping policy
When will I get my order?
Once you have placed your order this will be fulfilled in our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the details. Delivery times vary depending on your location and if you've purchased a ready-to-wear piece or a custom made-to-order garment.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our current ready-to-wear outerwear line is designed in Melbourne and manufactured by skilled clothes-makers in China.
Our made-to-order pieces are all hand made in Afghanistan by artisan families.
The ultimate vision is to move all production to Central Asia as we slowly build long-term partnerships across the region.
