Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Nastaran piece. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• To request a return, email us at info@nastaran.store with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international return shipping.

International Returns

• We accept returns from international customers.

• Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

• Any customs fees or import duties incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return your item and place a new order.

• On occasion, we can offer a Store Credit, to be used later on.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
