Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in every Nastaran piece. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items.
Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

To request a return, email us at info@nastaran.store with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international return shipping.
International Returns

We accept returns from international customers.

Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Any customs fees or import duties incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return your item and place a new order.
- On occasion, we can offer a Store Credit, to be used later on.
Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
